Fixed some tracks not playing at Rusted Archway and Rainbow Woods due to special characters in filenames

Removed a track from Bethesda Susa

Fixed a typo in Rust Wells

- Fixed Red Rock 3rd strata enemies being frozen by a typo
- Fixed track counter being reset by autosave, which made next track play sooner than intended
- Reduce crossfade a tiny bit

- Fixed main menu music not stopping on save load
- Tweaked EQ settings

Replaced two tracks that will be used for other purposes :)
