2024.1.31 Add warriors of chaos mechanism，confiderating sigvald to get seduce units，festus to get plague cauldron，vilitch to get changing of the ways and teleport,belakor to the great game,and eyes of god.
Confiderating eshin,now the unit upkeep cost remain unchanged,need to start a new game.
