- Misc error with a looped audio file
- Self-destroying 1000lb bomb hardpoint erroneously set to <Public>false</Public>, leading to crashing when clicked in the g-menu grouping

- General HE buffs for HE ammo for guns
- changed total damage to reflect total damage of HE fragments from related AP shot damage x1.5 - x2 (to make up for 360 spread for frags)
- some guns felt too weak when consistently hitting moving targets
