fixed a pretty severe error when shooting most guns thanks to a typo (this is why you don't push updates at midnight)

- new server cvar: ttt_fof_buff_doublebarrels 0
​ ​ ​ ​ - experimental, significantly increases the rate of fire of the coachgun and the sawed-off shotgun (from 0.8 secs to 0.1 secs)
​ ​ ​ ​ - shots are wildly inaccurate if both barrels are fired in quick succession
​ ​ ​ ​ - accuracy takes 0.8 secs to fully recover
- new server cvar: ttt_fof_walkspeed_crowbar 220
​ ​ ​ ​ - recommended value is 235
- new server cvar: ttt_fof_walkspeed_unarmed 220
​ ​ ​ ​ - recommended value is 250
​ ​ ​ ​ - this is intended as an optional replacement for sprinting
- all gun sounds are now forced to be precached to prevent stutters
- fixed the volcanic, remington army, mares leg, and sawed-off shotgun not having muzzleflashes in third-person
- increased pump shotgun reload speed (from 1 sec to 0.95 secs)
- a player that survives a hit from the colt walker will now be temporarily paralysed (same effect as a snake bite but much shorter)

- all gun handling sounds are now forced to be spatialised
- fixed the knife effect appearing on corpses that haven't been stabbed with a knife
- more changes for making custom weapons:
​ ​ ​ ​ - new variables for making semi-automatic guns
​ ​ ​ ​ - physics mass is automatically set to some reasonable default value (2 for pistols, 5 for rifles) because weapon worldmodels tend to have insane values which is bad for gun throw
​ ​ ​ ​ - reworked the replacement system so that which weapons the world can spawn can now be changed without needing a server restart or map change

- try to better fit cowboy hats on playermodels with smaller or bigger heads
- holstered pistols and rifles will now be visible on a player

- holding the knife now slightly boosts walking speed while moving forwards to 250 units/s (from 220 units/s)
- experimental: holding the knife now grants autohop and increased air acceleration
​ ​ ​ ​ - toggled by this server cvar: ttt_knife_bhop 1
- fixed the knife causing an eventual physics-related crash after being welded to a ragdoll

- some changes to make it easier to add custom weapons:
​ ​ ​ ​ - muzzle attachment id can be set per swep and it defaults to 1 because some weapon models don't have a named muzzle attachment
​ ​ ​ ​ - deadeye and silencer translation fix for sweps with a hardcoded printname
​ ​ ​ ​ - additional soundscripts can be placed in lua/ttt_fof_soundscripts/

- bullets will now penetrate func_breakable_surf brush entities
​ ​ ​ ​ - this lets you shoot through most breakable windows without needing to break them first
- changed how headshot damage is calculated for sawed-off shotgun and coachgun
​ ​ ​ ​ - headshot damage increased to 80 (from 72) to make it easier to 2-shot armoured players and allow a headshot+kick combo without boots
​ ​ ​ ​ - headshot multiplier will fall off by distance from 80 max dmg to 60 min dmg
​ ​ ​ ​ - sawed-off's headshot falloff starts from 75 units away and ends at 150 units
​ ​ ​ ​ - coachgun's headshot falloff starts from 150 units away and ends at 225 units
- new server cvar: ttt_fof_deadeye_npcs 0
​ ​ ​ ​ - allows npcs to be targeted with the deadeye ability
- deadeye can now mark targets through translucent world geometry (like bulletproof glass)
- combine turrets can now be hit by thrown guns
- combine turrets can now be kicked
- ragdolls receive a lot more force from kicks
- fixed traitor knife not detecting backstabs against npcs clientside (hud indicator and stab sound)
- traitor knife is no longer lost when stabbing npcs to death

- increased deringer reload speed (from 2.5 secs to 2 secs)
- increased deringer aim speed (from 0.4 secs to 0.3 secs)
- slightly decreased how far away the dynamite fuse sound can be heard
- fixed colour mixer's blue field being cut off in the fistful settings menu
- removed some unnecessary mdl files
