I hate this game's code. Why the hell player's num in multiplayer are same? No wonder players did respawn with other player's data.

Added option to keep specific percentage of xp. (By default 100%)

Added option to respawn at a fixed place, set by an admin "world.ini -> SpawnPoint=" (Disabled by default)
Added option to respawn at safehouse (Disabled by default)

Splitted Allow Spawnpoint option into 2 different options
1. Allow Spawnpoint -> Will allow you to set spawnpoint at TV. (Enabled by default)
2. Allow Spawnpoint Region -> Will allow you to respawn at set spawnpoint or starting spawn location. (Enabled by default)

Reworked context menu for "Set Spawnpoint" option when right clicking TV.
Auto Respawn now will only work if only 1 choice is available.

P.S. Yes, some of those ideas I stole from the other mod :)

Fuck this game
For some reason, if you rejoin, the data is not saved upon death, wtf
Look like, split screen issue is not fixable.
