Malakai Update!

- Malakai can now have the option to use the new weapons

- New skill "Valaya's Beer" for Fused-keg Launchers, shoots a beer keg at allies to regenerate units in combat

- Few stat adjustments here and there

- Reworked Brimstone and Missile Rocket Launcher
> Brimstone will be changed to Fused-Keg Launcher, launchers debuffing projectiles at enemy
> Missile Launcher was underwhelming and gave low dmg, gave it the new updated homing
projectile capabilities, and will be more effective at damage dealing

- Stats adjustments to damage to keep missile projectile strength lower than it seems
- Progression, starting from Steam Drills -> Missile Launcher, check character skills of engineer in game.
