Added spawnable gearless variants of the Il2, Bf 110, and Me262. Thanks to jusjokez for the idea.
The Haunebu II can now be spawned.
Reworked the landing gears of the Bf109 variants and the Bf110. Still a work-in-progress.

Big update (you'll see why when you open the map).
-Added new fuel combustion system.
-Added new explosion system with spalling and shrapnel, everlasting credit to el Boydo and Zuaciro whose file grenade.lua I took to make the new explosions work.
-Added exhausts to the two variants of the MXY7.
-Added a WIP Haunebu II. Thank you to ArikRakean for the suggestion.
