Surthara Bel-Kec's dedication skills are now exclusive to each others as intended.

Surthara Bel-Kec now starts the campaign with a Halberd "mount" that can be equipped for melee focus in battle. Slightly increased halberd weapon damages.

Added defeat trait for Surthara Bel-Kec.

High Elf Princess and Prince lords for Tiranoc now unlocks chariot mounts on level up rather than starting with them.

Added Victory Conditions and rewards.

Added splash attack meta files to Surthara Bel-Kec's halberd attacks on foot.

Updated land_units_tables for patch 6.1.

Added a halberd weapon "mount" option to Surthara Bel-Kec in Custom Battle with animations from Blade Singer, Handmaiden, and Aranessa.

Edited character_skill_node_links_tables to fix an incorrect link between wh_mod_skill_node_set_hef_surthara_combat_1_1 and wh_mod_skill_node_set_hef_surthara_campaign_3_4, it should now be:
wh_mod_skill_node_set_hef_surthara_campaign_4 wh_mod_skill_node_set_hef_surthara_campaign_3_4
To allow "Renowned and Feared" to be unlocked correctly with the campaign tree.
