Fixes a logic error that was causing some lag when mousing-over nodes near the end of the tech tree. Thanks Dune Dune Hakusho for the insight.

Slight adjustment to previous update to maintain some compatibility with other mods that alter the research button.

- New feature: If for some reason you want to look at the vanilla research tree instead of the modded one, you can now access it by shift clicking the research button in the bar.

- Another big round of rewriting large chunks of the mod and optimizing where I can. When I benchmarked it, it was showing around 20% faster rendering speed now. DLL file smaller with the removal of ancient code.
- Fix: The WASD keys to move around the tree no longer move the map camera around.
- Cleaned up the language file - the labels and descriptions on the mod options UI are more to my style now.

- Reworked the "missing X" tooltip code so that it works for mods such as Medieval Overhaul, or specifically any mod which uses linked facilities but do not specify a required bench.
- As part of reworking this section of code, it was rewritten and the node rendering is about 50% faster.

- Fixes the search bar focus issues. Clicking a search result, or clicking outside the search box will remove focus so WASD work to pan the view.
- Another round of optimizations to the code. Minor impact, though. The purpose of these optimizations had more to do with rewriting the code in my own style to better reverse engineer code for my fork.

New
- In order to aid with compatibility issues, the mod options now has a "Max tech override" slider. You can use this if you're using a mod that caps research, and the cap is not being respected properly.

This is not an update. No changes. Just a nudge to get steam to actually push the update since the last one failed so badly.
