Update Notes:

- Bio X now has new effects on air, and notes for lore.
- Changed Bio Xfence design, now it's Hesco and metal fence based.
- Added a (REDACTED) zone in Bio X.
- Added a gun testing range at Bio X.
- Bio X now requires a full biohazard suit to enter safely.
- Bio X now requires door key items to enter certain zones.
