Added Ectoherbology recipe tab. Currently unavailable in Hamlet.
Added skins. Use SetSkin("ice") to change to Wendy's Snowfallen skin.

Temporarily fixed many Abigails when traveling between worlds (like caves and forest), but you get a brand new Abigail.
