I had to change the ID for the Inquisitor sword. If you've already acquired the sword, I'm afraid it's a junk item now. To get it back, go into build mode (shift ~ to open the console, then type b and press enter). Click on the weapons tab near the top left. Scroll down until you find the Inquisitor sword, click on it, then click in an open tile in the zone. Press escape to leave build mode.
