- Renamed "tech savvy" to "Flesh Seeker" and changed the description
- It shows red outline permanently but will be visible at 800 units max - for comparison, Void Gaze remains at 550 units
- Won't be visible during executions or cutscenes
- Void Gaze will be visible during executions but not during cutscenes
- Reduced the thickness of red ouline from 1.4 to 1.0 to make it look a little cleaner
- Redo logic for outline of player's weapons - should no longer show up in cutscenes and while driving vehicles
