Major Update:

Praag is now a firearm focused faction. Dmitry Tzaryov is still a defence-oriented lord.

Added new faction effects:

10% reload time reduction for Kislev gunpowder units (except for Little Grom which is considered an artillery)
Construction Hall building now adds ammo to Kislev gunpowder units faction wide, level 3 for War Sled units only and level 4 for all other gunpowder units including Little Grom and Atamans.

For Dmitry Tzaryov:

Foot animations reworked to differentiate between idle and combat states.
He now has a pistol while dismounted, it is only used for his "Flintlock" and "Bring It Down!" abilities.
He can dismount in battle if he is equipped with his horse mounts on the campaign map, he cannot remount however.
Runic Wards skill now adds Spell Resistance for War Sled and Little Grom units.
Line in the Sand skill now increases weapon strength for Kislevite Warriors, Dervishes, Horse Archers, and Winged Lancers units. It no longer increase armour for Winged Lancers units.
Ammunition Stockpiles increases Dmitry's basic pistol shot ability uses.
Grossly Incandescent now grants the "Bring It Down!" ability which decreases the missile defence of its target.
