Fixed a few nodraw issues; fixed a few issues regarding the skybox; fixed a hanging sign that was broken; updated the hill, very large intersection, and one of the overlooks to be a bit more visually interesting; added a few new props around to be more interesting; added a hostel balcony spawn for the soldiers.
