Updated sequential fleet and army names to 3.6 format.

Updated to 3.6.*

Added a new blank graphical culture to prevent them from overwriting the molluscoid graphical culture.

Please let me know if there are any oddities with this.

Initial upload:

Updated the portraits and name lists to the 3.5+ standards.
Fixed issue with species_class not showing traits.


Deviations from the original version by Rocket:

Remove the prescripted empire. Did this for convenience sake.
