changes -

Fixed camera angle when being grabbed.

Fixed ragdolls not appearing when being smashed or thrown.

Added "7 Minute Wesker setting"

Basically OP Wesker thats active for 7 minutes.

Added charge and cooldown animation rates (which also affects how fast he can charge up/cooldown).

Made Masterminds voice louder.

Some sounds can be heard from slightly farther away.
