Complete overhaul of PvP 3-base domination mode:

- Cleaned up sequences and conditionals for capturing an airbase
- Added extra in-game info announcements
- Tickets update much more frequently with reduced drain, increasing runtime to ~45 min
- Added AV-42C role to deploy MANPADS unit
- Optimized spawn protection for each team
- Added T-55 spawns
- Music will now line up with game ending, dynamically starting based on ticket amount and estimated drain
- Lowered volume of voice-overs
