Quality of Life changes and small tweaking:

-nonsense's knockback based on accuracy dont really have a drastic difference now
-added a tiny cooldown in the Neutural Air
-removed stun in the dash attack (but added a cooldown)
-knockback and scaling adjustments to attacks
-made it so when you die, the pringle cooldown has an additional 10 seconds
