updated with mgs latest version

fixed out the pink shading texture,had to recompress all textures (again) to fix it

VManip integration has been improved, more base actions now cancel out VManip

the g3a3 world model is still broken,but a fix should appear in future

fixed out the bernetti m9 gun world model

fixed reticle for the sniper scopes on low quality texture

many other fixes with vmanip

fov changer still doesnt work but it will come soon

added sniper rifles update,we are aware of many bugs right now such as bugged m9 world model,fov slider not working,some reticles not visible etc and will be fixed when its released by main devs and all is done
