Fixed the 3D Model issue

Issues with the 3D model. Reverting temporarily to an older version

Bumped down the spawn chance in vehicles trunks

Added Thai translation, thanks to Riko Prushka

Updated French translations, thanks to Pgmbru

The jumpstarter may now spawn in vehicles trunks

• Complete model and textures revamp. The mesh is also now more optimized for better performance.

Fixed issues with Korean translation

Added Korean translation, thanks to Kim hyong jik

The Jumpstarter will now put the battery at 15%, and will work only if the battery is below 10%, as opposed to before, where it worked if the battery was fully depleted, and would put the battery at 5%, which wasn't enough to get the car working. Also thanks to Kim hyong jik for pointing that out.
