Updated to 3.10

With the update to 3.10, I've reorganized job scripts; scripts directly under the "jobs" folder now closely imitate the Vanilla form, while a set of copies under "jobs/triggered" add 'trigger', 'desc', 'mult_line', and in some cases 'HIVE_BONUS' parameters. "desc = 0" should serve the same function as the former "no_desc/" scripts, which I've removed.

Note that, since inline scripts do not support default parameter values, all parameters must be supplied.
