- Double Pap functionality added:
the pack a punch machine will tell you what sort of upgrade to expect from sticking your gun into the machine a
second time. small but noticeable changes to improve your odds. double pap is marked with a new name or a +
added to the name of the weapon, shout outs to New Vegas!
(Example: Maria to Maria+ features more potent explosive rounds, and the 44 magnum breaks the laws of physics
with an expanded cylinder.)
- small balance changes to previous upgrade tiers, some bonus effects moved to the double Pap variants, etc.
