Another bug fix

Minor Change:
Upgrade the clue generation. For more details, read below.

Each of the clues generate by using a positive clue as its base. Because of that, you would never see a negative clue by itself, until now. You should now see an influx of negative clues as well as a negative clue just by itself. I hope you are enjoying these puzzles as much as I am.

Found the issue, fixed the bug, going to bed.

So there is something wrong with it, but it's a 1 in 1000 chance

An Array Index Error and I don't know where.
