[UPDATED] Added Plaza & Promenades DLC support.
[UPDATED] Add new notifications from several last DLCs.
[NEW] Added ability to hide normal notification, but show major notifications.
[NEW] Added shortcut for toggling notifications visibility.
[UPDATED] Using Harmony instead of old patching system.
