added night version

changed streetlight models to be hl2 assets instead of cs:s (uglier looking but doesn't require cs:s anymore)

moved the location of the skybox to hopefully fix something

heres an actual changelog:
+ added ladders to the pool (kinda scuffed)
+ added a light to the pool's entrance on the inside
+ topped off the brick walls with a roof material
+ added stairs that allows you to exit the box without crouch jumping (also useful for npcs)
+ added a part that extends out infront of those stairs

map now includes a nav mesh

made the map more open

adjusted secret room light color and added a really simple 3d skybox (a bit scuffed)
