Further tweaks on Ersatzsolder as per feedback

- significantly higher recruitment costs
- slightly lower health
- slightly higher upkeep
- slightly lower melee stats

As per feedback,

- upkeep costs reduced significantly
- hitpoints of certain units slightly lowered
- base melee weapons damage is now higher
- reduced accuracy slightly
- projectile damage ("ranged damage") is significantly higher now and should be up to par with other base Radious units
