GSGT: Overkill replaced by Thousands To Go

New Abilities: Duck and Cover, and Call Shot will require pet rock perk pack to be updated.

LCPL is now Duck and Cover, Concealing Shot, and Snap SHot
CPL is now Lead The Target, Stalker, and Open Fire
SSGT is now Disabling Shot, Magnum, and Call Shot
TSGT is now Lock N Load, Coup De Grace, and Running on Empty
GSGT is now Bullseye, Shadow Strike, and Overkill
MSGT is now Lethal, Silenced Shot, and Lightfoot

Duck and Cover grants the Aim and Trench Warfare Perks
Call Shot grants the mark target perk, and make the first use of mark target per turn refund the action used.

XCOM row fixes but actually updating, for some reason the previous update didnt actually update anything.

Rebalanced to match the hunter changes

SSGT is Now Nimble Hands, Magnum, and Fearsome

TSGT is now Disabling Shot, Conceal, and Overkill

GSGT is now Double Tap, Liquidator, and Lightfoot

MSGT is now Lethal, Silenced Shot, and Running on Empty

Silenced shot is a new ability that will require the pet rock perk pack to be updated. It is an upgraded version of Concealing Shot that is non-turn ending, has no cooldown, and is guaranteed to hit.

Should have a higher pay off for going the pistol build, and shouldn't out perform the hunter in the snap shot role.

Stationary shooter was almost unchanged, but you can go for a bit more damage with overkill instead of disabling shot
