-autopsy now gives more FirstAid/Doctor XP cause it is one of the best ways of learning that skill
-autopsy is more efective if used with SterilizedRags (it was in the base mod-- I just fixed its code)
-virology books are now added to the distribuiton table and can now be found in the world
-increased the amounts of individual tests required for discovering formula for the better vaccines
-alcohol wipes can now be used for injections as well as cotton balls doused in alcohol
-QoL addition: Pack of Alcohol Wipes + distribution for that item
