tiny tweak to normal walk, feet should drag a bit less

-Enabled mouse-head tracking! your character's head follows your cursor.
-Walk should look less like an old man and more like a gigachad.

-tweaked ALL animations (fast/slow swimming, crouch, run, walk)
-swimming should look better, also faster.
-crouching slightly less goofy
-walking is EVEN SEXIER
-running features less hip dislocation
