Reworked some localizations

Added a new interaction that copies your dna onto your heir and kills you. In game explains this as replacing their soul. This allows people who make custom characters and like their looks to keep that look while not choosing to be immortal.

Added a new culture and a decision for people who want to opt into it. Completely optional.
