- Changed population file so you get default commons everywhere. Reasoning behind this is because in B4B the commons all look -practically- the same regardless of location. Might revert this.

Added player cards: Buckshot Bruiser, Reload Drills, Scar Tissue, Selfish, Selfless, Group Therapy
Added perks for each survivor
Addict: Now affects reload speed
Brazen: Added -25% reload speed penalty, removed move speed penalty
Reload speed now affects shotguns

Added player cards: Helping Hand, Pack Mule, Combat Medic, Amped Up, Addict
Brazen: Now applies to all Melee damage instead of just against mutations, Move Speed penalty now -15%
Berserker: Now gives +5% move speed
Each player card category now has 2 cards to choose from when picking a card
Card HUD now shows player names instead of character names
Card HUD now shows when players can pick a card
Added !pickbot - Use it to pick a card for the bots
Fixed Use speed effects being applied exponentially

Added player cards: Berserker, EMT Bag, Antibiotic Ointment, Medical Expert, Meth Head, Multitool, Optics Enthusiast, Last Legs
Hot Shot: Reduced chance of gaining ammo mods to 15%
Overconfident: Reduced over 60% health buff to 25%, reduced under 60% health penalty to -10%
Cross Trainers: Move speed bonus now +7%, now gives +5 Max HP
Fleet of Foot: Move speed bonus now +12.5%, health penalty now -10
First aid kits now heal 50 HP flat instead of a percentage heal
Fixed explosive commons and exploders stumbling instead of launching
Fixed incapped players being healed by Inspiring Sacrifice
Fixed picked cards being lost after wiping
Fixed card picking HUD persisting if all players have picked a card and the !cards command is used
Increased Jimmy Gibbs uncommons HP to 1500
