Added FX for being damaged by spit dropped by acid commons
Spitter explosion now has knockback

- special infected HP is now effected by the difficulty. Advanced/Expert are the same as before, and Easy/Normal have a 15% HP reduction.

- tanks now have a visual healthbar
- changed Do or Die corruption card. now it simply disables respawns, and the amount of incaps players are given is based on the difficulty setting they play on.
