* Snitch no longer deals dmg on expert
* Snitch no longer killed after aggro
* Increased base dmg of fire vs infected
* Increased fire common dmg from 2 to 3
* Decreased cooldown on dmg from commons
* Activating/using stuff is now more annoying. Take that scavenge players!!!

* Replaced upgrade packs with barbed wire that hurts infected. (needs world model replacement? buff dmg?)
* Added function to replace upgrade packs with an ammo pile. Need a way to distinguish incendiary/explosive packs until this is officially added.
* Ogre now staggers when enough damage is done @ 50% and 12.5% health (this still needs work but it seems to function)
* Fire now extinguishes on infected instead of damaging them til death.
* Buffed fire damage vs tank (TTK is roughly 4x faster).

Reorganized boss spawning functions
Ogre and Breaker now have different models
Combat Medic now applies to defibrillator revives and +20% Team Trauma RES
Separated special infected corruption cards on the HUD
Each Last Legs card now increases the crawl speed by +100%
Base Last Legs crawl speed increased to 30 (was 15)
Added Swan Song - +100% CRIT Chance while incapped
Added Cauterized - +50% Slower Team HP Decay
Swapped Francis and Nick's perk effects
Reduced Coach's perk to +10 HP (was 20)
Added Fallen Cleaner uncommon infected corruption card
Group Therapy now applies to Antibiotic Ointment healing
Added Trauma Health
Added Tough Skin - +40% RES vs Commons
Added Gambler - Randomize stats each map!

Environmental cards are applied when leaving the spawn
