Added Russian localization

The shifting hyperlanes's code is finished... just can't test it because in observe mode I can't see all the hyperlanes :P

Fixed the star/system icon size being too small, they're back to their vanilla settings.
Changed the default zoom when entering a system, you're a bit more zoomed out now so you can see more.
Next update will include a Russian translation.
