Added escape character to hard-coded mod description due to data loss when transferring the description from the mod's language, Python, to Steam's html formatting system.

The attempt ultimately failed, and the data loss in the default mod directory will have to be fixed manually whenever I update the mod.

Re-uploaded updated English localisation file, and hard-coded description into mod files to prevent loss in future.
