-Footsteps will no longer keep playing when the player is dead

-material improvements

-adjusted eye attachment position

-changed jump sound volume

-increased jump sound volume

-jump sound code improvements

-assigned more sounds for jumping

-added a lot of sound effects
-added jump sound effects which can be enabled with this console command:
player_dinosaur_sounds_jump 1

-model improvements around eyes
