Updated for Chaos Dwarfs patch (only table updates; no major changes needed, mainly dismissing warning for Mod Manager)

Fixed issue with the game not reloading "in-pool" unit caps properly when the game is loaded (thanks @Morghurash @Misstra.T for reporting this)

Updated for version 2.1
- Removed the extra Blood Kisses (back to vanilla values). These changes already made them quite powerful, so they really didn't need it
- Also updated the Blood Dragon Attrition Immunity string (thanks @engineofendtimes for the suggestion) It matches the way it was in WH2 now: "Immune to Untainted attrition (all armies)"
