New Skill added: Heroism

These skills require Peasant Command or Noble Commander and are mutually exclusive. They reduce the upkeep of the preferred unit type.

Non-Bretonnian Diplomacy techs cost 7000 gold to research, except for Support Religious Errantry, which costs 2000 gold.

Carpenters tech gives +35% income up from +25%

Virtue of Empathy gives +3 to character leadership effect.
Level 3 Steward of the Realm gives +3% replenishment rate.
Level Lordly Conquerer gives +5% campaign movement range.
Bailiff gives +20% settlement building income.
