Reverted the health increase for Men-at-Arms units, as well as removing the cost decrease for the Improved Farming Tools technology.
Base cost for Men-at-Arms has been decreased:
• Spearmen-at-Arms and Men-at-Arms now cost 200
• Spearmen-at-Arms (Shields) and Men-at-Arms (Shields) now cost 300
• Men-at-Arms (Polearm) now cost 400

Reload speed for Royal Men-at-Arms (Longbows), Field Trebuchet and Blessed Field Trebuchet improved
Royal Men-at-Arms (Longbows) damage has been improved, but weighted towards base damage.
