Sacking income: -40% for all Bretonnia factions

Thoughts: After having played through many campaigns as Bretonnia in WHIII, as well having made countless changes to this mod over the past year, I can safely say that the income from sacking is much too high and is out of character for the faction. Sacking should be an option, yes, but Bretonnia shouldn't be *good* at it. Furthermore, the chivalry penalty is quite small for the giant kick in the pants your economy gets from sacking. I feel the money gained is the problem though, not the size of the penalty.
I imagine this could be yet another controversial change but I stand by this one. Sacking feels like exploits, plain and simple.
