-Adjusted projectile weapon damage values for Howling and Faceless Stalkers to have more ap damage than flat damage.
This change should help them to perform better with the Armour-Piercing Missile Damage bonus granted by Murderous Prowess/Murderous Mastery and against armoured units, BUT due to this change they are probably going to struggle a little bit against light/unarmoured units from now on since they have less flat damage.

-Bloodsplitters and Scavenger units are now recruitable through the Lizardmen beasts chain.
This change was made since it's unclear to me if the Lizardmen Animals resource building chain is currently deprecated or not.
As a "downside" you should expect to see Lizardmen AI to recruit Scavenger units way more often since they are cheap and convenient to recruit and are now easily accessible.
-Added several missing building_units_allowed_tables values for the More Feral for Lizardmen unit pack, this should fix eventual problems like being unable to recruit certain custom units in campaign after upgrading certain buildings.

-Increased ranged projecitle range from 240 to 280 for Armoured Bastiladon (Flame Cannon) and Armoured Stegadon (Flame Cannon)
-Increased Plague Spreader Censer Bearers melee defence to 32
-The Greater Feral Carnosaur has now access to the Primal instincts ability
-A few adjustements to melee weapon values and ammo for Looted Gyrocopter units due to related vanilla Gyrocopter changes
-A few minor changes to Dragon's Bane Bolt Thrower stats due to vanilla Bolt Thrower changes
