Changed the following:
-Kossars (Line infantry) moved from tier 3 to 2
-Kossars (Line infantry) price increased from 650 to 680, also increased the upkeep
-Kossars (Line infantry) armour increased from 20 to 50
-Kossars (Line infantry) now have access to the custom ability Hold Your Ground!
-Kossars (Line infantry) received some other minor stat buffs
-Added new unit: Kossar Hunters
