fixed AR2 prototype not reloading unless you had CSB (dont ask why never do that dont do it)

added C_Hands to the weapons that had them (thanks to mrzach11!)

S.L.A.M no longer requires a command due to multiplayer-bugs, now you just have to press R (+reload) to detonate the placed slams. i hope everyone can get used to this change.
