Glamour of Teclis no longer give -50 Barrier Replenishment Delay but instead regenerates 5% Barrier per second for 10 seconds everytime Teclis cast a spell

His cape will no longer clip with his skirt and feet while casting on flight

Enlarged his sword by 30%, same size as Tyrion's Sword

Fixed the staff as it is not properly aligned to his hand while flying. This happened because I removed his spine_2 animation, so that the carved face on his armor would no longer move

Major improvement to his model's skeleton

Modified the bone on his back skirt so that it would no longer clip with his feet while running, walking, and flying.

Improved cape animation while casting on ground
