3. remove the APS of ZTQ15 and K2, for their APS are only available in foreign trade types
4. remove EBRC for its missile is buggy. now we have 3 vehicles waiting for fix, and we're busy right now, couldn't release them in a short time.

1. add 2 SPG, M109A6 and PLZ05
2. remake 2 MBT, T-72B3M and T-90A Burlak. Original T-90A Vladimir removed, for it behaves like a nerfed T-72B3M in rf.
3. now ERA provides damage-reduce instead of stopping shells. Front ERA will provide huge damage-reduce.
4. shells' data rework.
5. for ZBD04A and BMP3M have Lingfeng's aiming scope, but their shells' speed is far from this number in real world, we're reworking on this 2 vehicles. they're temporarily removed.
