Added latest dlc characters! Khorne has some pretty spicy items lorewise here, so some are strong, while the others mostly submitted their homework.

Had a look at the Balthazar items that he might get exclusive from his faction, they actually already provide rather strong bonuses save to raw combat stats... which is not something Balthazer is really majorly wanting to receive, and adding any more discounts risks the discounting bugs

Added some more ability altering, most are unimpactful and just futureproofing against nerfs for new ones, but Saytang specifically has gotten to keep his pre-nerf projectiles and explosions, and his ability now has unlimited uses. Have fun :)

Added the new LLs and, from what I could confirm, the new LHs (the rest of takamuranhs bunch is not yet added, idk if they even have items)
