-"New" skeleton introduced which is just the old Steam Tank skeleton
-Animations got the same treatment
-Tanks are basically unchanged
-Thanks to Dead Baron and GreenPhoenix for some help with reverting to the old animations

There's still a bug where the Secessionist starting army is invisible. I will have to circle back to fixing that later, no idea what's causing it.

Added a melee version of the "pour on the steam" ability, used for Kathleen, Von Zeppel, and Sigmar's Hammer. It's just like the Chaos Dwarf's "more power" used for iron daemons.
Sigmar's Hammer now has the wallbreaker attribute
All the new Steam Tanks have perfect vigor, bringing them in line with vanilla
Corrected how the reload stat shows in "pour on the steam", the ranged version
Thanks to Younghappy for all these suggestions and corrections
