LODs revamped across the board
Destruction explosions are back
The steam tank mount skills are now at the end of the first skill line, should make it more compatible.

"Enable Normal Steam Tank Recruitment" MCT option now defaults to true.

Fixed Volkmar and Wulfhart's Steam Tank Workshop
Brightened Volkmar's War Altar Tank textures so it all matches
Fixed bugged destroyed model textures.
