Fixed spit effect not showing. The effect had been commented out last time I was in there testing and I forgot to uncomment it.

Added smooth head tracking, no longer 'snaps' onto a new target.
Player controlled spit hits where you aim now.
Better landing sounds.

Improved stuck detection. Won't get stuck so easily now.

Fixed players becoming stuck if the Dinosaur is killed while mauling them.
